Curry Fish Stew Topped With Eggs One of my favorite Youtube chefs inspired me to make this dish. First after boiling the eggs you lightly fry the eggs in curry or with your favorite spices. Then add the eggs into the fish stew to enjoy over rice. I prefer leaving the eggs as a side dish. Eggs bring out any type of recipes. I wanted to use several tomatoes to make a thick stew to hold the fish together. One of the things I enjoy about testing recipes is that you can alternate the ingredients with something different to call it your own.
