The Right Online Store to a Fresh Meal Plan

Are there any deals or perks included?  Since the pandemic the food markets have so much traffic going and coming that I decided to take a test run and order from Amazon fresh. Since then I’ve been hooked on ordering all kinds of food, and products right down to spices.  Some of the fresh vegetables I love to order most of the time are chard greens, spinach, fennel and kabocha squash. Amazon Fresh has several varieties of fruits and vegetables from organic farms which is another reason I choose to start a meal plan.  Today I prepared a quick lunch with saute onions, baby spinach and potatoes which made the meal more fulfilling. Build up your Immune System with Soup

Build Your Immune System With Soup Chicken Soup Whenever I feel sick or begin to develop aches and pains, I quickly start cooking up a delicious healthy soup to build back up my immune system.  Even if the weather is hot in Texas or wherever you may be at the moment, hot steaming soup can give you a soothing feeling inside out to help heal your body.  One of the best ingredients that I recommend is using garlic and anise seeds in your soup. This will help boost your body back to life. Sometimes you may not feel like cooking because your body is tired and weak. Turkish Pide Pizza

Turkish Pide Pizza Merhaba!  I miss eating Turkish pide so much that I decided to make it myself for the first time. This recipe say to use Turkish yogurt; but I decided not to and my pide turned out very nice. When I taught abroad in Turkey several years back; I discovered a way to order online for takeout from the nearby restaurants. This was the best thing for me as a foreigner so I took advantage of ordering groceries to save the stress of walking with heavy bags and paying up to 50.00 lira for a taxi. I kind of miss the hospitality from the smiling people. I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to live overseas to experience the culture and cuisine that will forever stay with me for a lifetime.
