Turkish Pide Pizza

Turkish Pide Pizza

Merhaba!
I miss eating Turkish pide so much that I decided to make it myself for the first time. This recipe say to use Turkish yogurt; but I decided not to and my pide turned out very nice. When I taught abroad in Turkey several years back; I discovered a way to order online for takeout from the nearby restaurants. This was the best thing for me as a foreigner so I took advantage of ordering groceries to save the stress of walking with heavy bags and paying up to 50.00 lira for a taxi. I kind of miss the hospitality from the smiling people. I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to live overseas to experience the culture and cuisine that will forever stay with me for a lifetime.

  5. This Turkish Pide Pizza recipe looks absolutely mouthwatering! The soft, golden crust paired with those delicious toppings is a match made in heaven. To make it even better, try sprinkling some Fruitain Garlic Powder over the dough or as a finishing touch after baking. It adds a warm, aromatic garlic flavor that takes the pide to the next level. Trust me, once you try it, you'll never want to skip it again! Can't wait to hear how it turns out with the garlic powder!
