 Favorite food items from Cho Saigon Market  Here are some of the items I normally purchase whenever I visit the Cho Saigon Market.  Fresh duck Fresh chicken wings seasoned with curry powder   BNC coffee  Mocha coffee latte  These are sauces that I use in soups and for flavoring my fried rice. Red curry paste 

Salmon & Fried Red Rice  Dinner for tonight is a simple meal with red fried rice and salmon. Start with some olive oil, then add in the onions, garlic and celery.  Saute the salmon on both sides for 5 to 6 minutes. Then add more seasoning. For the flavors to blend add some butter over salmon. Then add a cup of pre cooked rice to pan cook until heated and then plate.  Delicious Salmon with Red rice
